iVolunteer is recruiting a Relationship Manager for the organization as part of transitioning the organization to becoming more stable. The role is a full-time job with volunteer allowance.

Responsibilities
1. Research, reach out, create and maintain a relationship with corporations and individual donors that are aligned with the vision and values of iVolunteer for financial sustainability
2. Research, reach out, create and maintain a relationship with partner NGOs in order to increase the quantity and quality of volunteer opportunities
3. Leads volunteer activities of corporations including organizing paid events with NGO partners, designing the program and activites that will be meaningful to both the community and volunteers
4. Act as the volunteer manager that will facilitate both the briefing, assigning of tasks and debriefing sessions
5. Represent iVolunteer in meetings/conferences/forums
6. Perform other tasks, as instructed by the Executive Director
Competencies
1. Good oral and written communication both in Filipino and English
2. Has experience in project and event management, fundraising events, business development
Qualification
1. Has the passion to promote volunteerism in the country
2. Highly motivated and can work effectively in a virtual organization
3. Flexible working location and schedule - 40 hours per week including attendance to board meeting; may have work on Saturdays.
4. College graduate with 1-3 years experience of fundraising at NGOs, development work
5. Ready to commit at least 1 year to the organization
