Job Description: You have one of the most important roles at a GGG Camp. Your job is to be the Ate for a team of 10 10-12 year old girls throughout both days of the camp. This doesn’t make you a yaya. This makes you a role model and of your assigned team. From pick-up at their barangays up until the time they leave the camp venue, you will be there to make sure your team is safe, learning, and having fun. You will also lead the daily synthesis for your team to make sure they are learning the values we seek to impart.
Time Expectation: Your attendance is mandatory for one full Saturday of GGG Overview, Team Lead Orientation, and GGG Camp Dry Run; and both days of the GGG Camp you have signed up for.
Skills Expectation:
Can lead a group of 10-12 year old girls
Innately caring and Ate-like
Can speak fluent Tagalog, and can communicate clearly
Background experience in a sport is not a requirement, but would definitely be great!
