The C.O.B.R.A. focuses on law enforcement, traffic aid and marshaling as security, and providing appropriate first aid as a rescue medic in case of disaster and emergency to save more lives and keep our community peaceful and safe. Additionally, the C.O.B.R.A. works with other organizations on humanitarian initiatives like seminars and workshops, preparation of relief goods, medical missions, and more. The organization also conducts quality emergency response and safety training for the community as a training camp.
AllStar Riders' Community (ASRC), which was established in February 2018 and is well-known for its passion for travel, attending free trainings and seminars, and charitable activities, is where COBRA got its start. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck in March 2020, the members used what they had learned in training to serve the community as frontliners. Based on the experiences of our volunteer frontliners, they formed an organization made up of individual civilians with a desire to help others in order to serve as first responders and security for the community. In 2021, they began holding seminars and community-based training to share their volunteer experiences and the knowledge they gained from their trainings. On April 10, 2022, the board of directors established the Community Operation of Bataan Rescuer Alliance, also known as C.O.B.R.A.
