Support our English Literacy Program. As we conduct our first BINHI Teacher Training this school year, we need volunteer documenters to help us.
About the Project
Founded in 2008, Binhi English Literacy Foundation Inc. (BINHI) aims to improve English reading skills to identified non- and frustrated readers aged between 5-8 years old in public elementary schools and community centers.
Every BINHI School Year, a four-part teacher training series is conducted to provide teachers with foundational knowledge in the Science of Reading (SOR) and introduce SOR-aligned teaching strategies and other training identified to equip teachers to enhance their capabilities in the classroom.
We need your help to capture this important milestone in the BINHI English Literacy Program. As a BINHI Documenter, you will be in charge of taking photos, videos, and documentation of key parts of the training.
Qualifications and Requirements
Before becoming a BINHI Documenter, one must pass the following criteria:
- preferably with previous experience as a BINHI Volunteer
- an advocate of literacy and independent learning
- must have a DSLR camera or any equivalent high-quality camera
- willing to commit at least 8 hours of his/her time based on September 30
- willing to travel to Pasay City
Expect to receive an email at least 3 days prior to the activity with the rest of the details.

We can only accommodate 2 documenters. Volunteers after the 2nd registrant will automatically be waitlisted on a first-come, first-served basis.
